Today's Evolve Beyond Limits meditation is dedicated to the Crown Chakra.
The Crown Chakra is all about Divine Energy, pure consciousness, connection to Divine Intelligence, and where all manifestations begin.
As you get yourself comfortable, allow the energy to pour into your body from the tops of your head and expanding as it moves down to all the other chakra centers of your body. Visualize your future, where you are, who you're with, and notice the essence of what you're feeling as you're there.
Open yourself to the Divine Message that you need to see, hear, or feel today. Allow Divine Intelligence and Wisdom to flow through you in this meditation.
