As promised, this is going to be a juicy podcast because the Sacral is all about connection to ourselves. The Sacral chakra is located in our pelvic bowl, the positioning itself is already very juicy to begin with! But beyond that, the Sacral is really all about our feminine energy - our mood, the unseen, the mysterious. It's all about our experiences, making it juicier.
In this episode, we are going to be talking all about experiences, emotions, moods, defense mechanisms, and everything that can help you identify what having a balanced (or imbalanced) Sacral chakra looks and feels like.
